Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients together and spread over chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.


Notes: I used chicken tenders and have plenty of the mixture left over. I'll try it on other things for dinner tonight such as zucchini. Tastes really good and does slightly taste like fried chicken. Good healthy alternative to fried chicken in my opinion and the hubby really likes it.
