- 4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 TBSP butter
- 4 TBSP milk
- 2 TBSP chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- Bread Crumbs
Directions:
- Combine chicken, soup, cream cheese, butter, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
- Spread in buttered casserole dish
- Top with crescent rolls
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
Notes: This is my husband's favorite meal right now. I also add in frozen veggies and have added in potatoes (thinly sliced) before. I have also mixed the bread crumbs with Italian seasoning before sprinkling the crescent rolls.
