Chicken Crescent Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 4 TBSP milk
  • 2 TBSP chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • Bread Crumbs
Directions:
  • Combine chicken, soup, cream cheese, butter, milk, chives, salt and pepper. 
  • Spread in buttered casserole dish
  • Top with crescent rolls
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter
  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
Notes: This is my husband's favorite meal right now. I also add in frozen veggies and have added in potatoes (thinly sliced) before. I have also mixed the bread crumbs with Italian seasoning before sprinkling the crescent rolls.
