Ingredients:
- Handful of frozen fruit
- 1-2 spoonfuls of yogurt
- Milk
Directions:
- Place as much frozen fruit as desired into a blender and add yogurt.
- Fill with milk until only the top of fruit is left uncovered.
- Blend until smooth.
Notes: I use Greek yogurt and add a little Agave nectar. Occasionally I'll add about a teaspoon of Chia seeds as well. Easy breakfast that I take with me on my way to work.
