Crock-pot Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients
  • 10 Apples (peeled, cored, and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or as much/little as you want, not even needed if using sweet apples)
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  • Throw everything into the crock-pot
  • Cook on high for 1 hour
  • Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally
  • If you don't like a chunky applesauce, simply blend it before serving

Notes: I used less sugar and less water and added some caramel vodka. Alcohol burns off and you are left with a hint of caramel. Best served warm
