- 16 oz frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained of liquid (can also use fresh, steamed broccoli)
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- With your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, turning the patties after the first 15 minutes
Notes: Very good. I don't have parchment paper laying around, but foil with a quick coat of cooking spray does the trick just fine.
