Brownie Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
  • 15 oz package brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 12 Reese's mini peanut butter cups
Directions
  • Line muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vanilla, oil and egg.
  • Stir until just mixed (~50 strokes)
  • Fill cups 2/3 full
  • Press peanut butter cup into each cup until even with the batter
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set. Do not overbake
Notes: Very, very good and quite easy. I've always used mini peanut butter cups, but you can probably use regular size if you want.
