Chocolate Pudding Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (or large handful) chocolate chips
Directions
  • Prepare the pudding with the milk according to package directions
  • Add the cake mix and stir well to combine (batter will be thick)
  • Smooth batter into a greased 8-inch pan
  • Scatter chocolate chips on top
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Notes: I ended up using the full 2 cups of milk that the pudding directions called for because the batter was indeed, thick. You can probably get by with 1 1/2 cups, no problem. This was very good served warm with a little scoop of ice cream to go with it.
