- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts - thin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 TBSP brown sugar
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 and line a casserole dish with tin foil, lightly greased
- In a small saute pan, saute garlic and olive oil until tender
- Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar and salt
- Place chicken breasts in prepared baking dish and cover with 3/4 of the garlic mixture
- Add salt/pepper to taste
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and place shredded cheese on top, then cover with remaining garlic mixture
- Let bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted
Notes: Quick and simple, very good. The thinner the chicken breasts, the better!
