Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:
  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 1 lb (approximately) bacon
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  • Separate asparagus into bundles of 2-3 stalks.
  • Wrap each bundle with bacon in a spiral pattern until just the tops of asparagus show (depending on thickness of bundles, 2 pieces of bacon may be needed per bundle)
  • Place bundles on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then broil for 5 minutes (or until bacon is as crispy as you like)
  • Alternatively, you can BBQ these instead of baking.

Notes: Will definitely BBQ these next time as they were a tad too greasy for my taste, but soo good!
